June 2024 Newsletter

Dear Friends,
We want to thank all of you who have joined us for our retreats and participated in our spiritual formation groups this past year. We’ve had a rewarding year together growing in our relationship to God and each other.
We also want to sincerely thank those who have contributed financially to Ancient Streams. Your generosity has helped our ministry to continue offering opportunities for a deeper connection with God.

May your roots continue to grow deep in Christ,
Nancy Keery (for Ancient Streams)

What has been happening?

Spring Retreat
Ruth Des Cotes and Paul Woodyard from Imago Dei Christian Communities  guided us in a “Soul Care” retreat at Seton House of Prayer. This was a rich weekend of teaching, worship, sharing, and individual prayer.  We continue to be grateful for our connection with Imago Dei and the leaders who come to facilitate our retreats.

Spiritual Direction
Nancy continues to offer individual spiritual direction as well as the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises.

Spiritual Formation Groups
One group was inspired and challenged through St. Teresa of Avila’s  Interior Castle. Another group explored Ignatian spirituality through Gerard Hughes’ God of Surprises. In both groups, participants were impacted by the profound content and sharing of their own spiritual journeys.
